The same international quality standards apply as in the UK, Germany or France.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks before your intended travel date to allow time for consultation, travel planning and appointment confirmation. For urgent or last-minute requests, contact us directly on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long should I plan to stay in Bursa?
For a single treatment such as botox or a skin booster session, 2 full days in Bursa is sufficient. For combination treatments (e.g. botox + mesotherapy + PRP), 3–4 days is recommended. Most patients enjoy exploring Bursa's historic city centre, Uludağ or the hot spring hotels during their recovery time.
Will I be able to fly home the same day as my treatment?
For botox, mesotherapy and most injections, yes — you can typically travel the same day. We recommend avoiding air travel for 24 hours after PRP or more extensive combined sessions. We'll advise you on the best timing during your pre-treatment consultation.
Can I have a follow-up session if I return home and want to repeat treatment?
Absolutely. Many of our international patients return for follow-up treatments 3–6 months later. Between visits, Dr. Güncan is available via WhatsApp for photo reviews and advice. We maintain long-term records for all patients.
What language is the consultation in?
Pre-travel consultations are conducted in English via WhatsApp. For in-person appointments, English communication is available. If you speak another language, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?
No deposit is required to book an initial consultation. Payment is made in clinic on the day of treatment. We accept cash (Turkish Lira or Euro) and major credit cards. All prices are confirmed transparently before any procedure begins.
What is the visa situation for Turkey?
Citizens of most European, Gulf and many other countries can obtain an e-Visa for Turkey online at evisa.gov.tr within minutes. Many nationalities also enter visa-free. We recommend checking your country's requirements before booking.
